Groupon Customer Service is a FRAUD - VerhuisGoedkoop.nu
Not Happy with the service at all.
I paid 140euro for a Groupon : VerhuisGoedkoop.nu it's a moving company
after paying for 4hours service ... they worked only 3hours. They told me that everything was explained in the web site, but that's not true.
Once arrived at my new place, they refused to carry my things to the 3rd floor. They told me it was too much work and I needed to pay for a "moving elevator" (90 euro extra). I didn't pay the extra money, so I had to carry all my boxes and furniture by myself. Do not contact this company to move your stuff or you will end up like me, throwing your money away.
I asked for help to the Groupon customer service, but they didn't do nothing.
Actually they told me that I could have paid the 90euro extra if I didn't want to carry my stuff by myself.
Unbeliveble.
Don't buy from Groupon because they don't care about the satisfaction of the customer.
