Rip off with random Shipping Charges - Hand Held Portable Airconditioner
I purchased 3 Portable air conditioning fans on Groupon . It was ONE order and paid for on VISA. When I went to redeem I was directed to the company website A-List Finds. They would only accept the Groupon code separately as if it was 3 orders and wanted to change me shipping for each one. This is unreasonable and nowhere on Groupon did it say that each fan would be shipped separately and I would be charged each time. I am ok to pay for shipping once since i placed only one order. You don't just randomly split the order up to triple charge on shipping. .
I have spent hours on the phone with Groupon trying to resolve this or get a refund entirely.They refuse. Even when I asked for a supervisor I got an abusive arrogant rep who couldnt care less. She kept repeating this is how we do it. When I asked for her name she only gave her first and said she was not allowed to give her last name.She was rude and belligerent. I have used Groupon in the past but this treatment has me frustrated beyond belief. They seem to not care at all about customer service. I feel ripped off.
