GROUPON AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING - DX758 Android 4.4 Kid's Tablet Bundle

I ordered two tablets for my kids from groupon on 12/14/2016. i was told that the purchase would be processed and shipped in two days and i would get the tablets within 4-7 business days after. It is now 12/29/2016 and I still don't have the products. My kids were disappointed because they did not find the tablets under christmas tree. IT took groupon 8 days to process the packages and they only shipped it out after I contacted the customer service on 12/22/2016. i emailed groupon more than three times to get answers and never got any resolution. The customer service is poor and I will never use this site again.
