Customer Service

I have sent multiple emails to groupon about not receiving product sale emails, I have received responses that are not even related to my issue with directions to resolve something entirely different. I really believe there CSR staff cannot read English very well and have very poor communication skills. They are rude, unprofessional, and incapable of solving the most basic issues. I personally will no longer shop with Groupon.
