Groupon - Monster show Auf 5 2017 at 1

I am very disappointed in the groupon service. I made two transition for monster truck show for aug 5 accidently I placed order twice one at full price and the other with a discount. I only need 2 tickets so I choose to keep the tickets at the cheaper rate. Groupon does not want to refund me for the second transation at all. This is just not fair the transations were done wiithin minutes.
