Groupon has the worst customer service in history. I don't see how their are still in bussiness. Don't buy a trip or anything expensive or you may be very sorry, b/c if something goes wrong, you'll be sool,Try to speak to someone, you won't be able to. Try to get a refund, good luck. Customer service is scripted and trained not to refund you any money. Worse experience ever. I had a complaint and wanted a refund. All I got was scripted chats and scripted generic emails. Nobody cares abt your circumstances, only your money.
