I bought this Group-on for a surprise for family members that were going to visit me. I built this up to my family that I had a surprise when they get here. Well the surprise was on me. Lets start off by the service when you try to contact them is a joke. I wanted to change the time of my flight so i tried for 3 weeks to contact them. left message over and over. They DO NOT return phone calls. They ask you to email them, Left email after email.They DO NOT REPLAY back to emails. The my flight got canceled do to a football game the morning of the flight and i get a text stating i will receive and rescheduled link in an email shortly that day. Still waiting for it and and also tried to call the number the text gave you to call. 2 days later i went to the airport to see if i can speak to someone.It would be nice if they even had an office. To find out from the other airlines in the same building, they get the same complaints about how they run this business all they get complainants all the time. I DO NOT AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! BEWARE!
