Groupon customer service


I purchased a groupon for a massage at a business near me. The business did not respond to numerous phone calls and emails. I contacted Groupon via chat and was told that the merchant would contact me. I then sent the merchant another email with my phone number. She replied back that she needed my phone number so I sent the number again. After not hearing from her I called goupon and they refused to give me a refund because the offer had expired. They did credit my account but I do not want to deal with them again if this is their idea of customer service.
