Received wrong box springs for Simmons mattress - Simmons Beauty Rest Mattress and Box Springs


I ordered through Groupon a King Size Simmons Beauty Rest mattress and LOW PROFILE box springs, which comes in 2 pieces. I received one wrong piece of box springs, but delivery guys (who have no connection to Groupon or Simmons) would not take the wrong piece back and told me I had to contact Groupon. I have sent two messages to Customer Support and received the most stupid answers. They have a standard answer, "You can return the item(s)". I cannot return the items because the new mattress was placed on my old box springs and had been used by the time I contacted Groupon Customer Support. Now I am stuck with two different sizes of box springs (still in the original packages and unopened). Groupon has not resolved the problem, which has been going on for about one and one-half months. Since Groupon Customer Support would not help me, I wrote a letter to the president and CEO of Groupon, but after nearly 3 weeks, no one has responded to me by letter, email or phone. I tried calling Groupon Customer Support, and the hold time is 40-50 minutes. WHAT A JOKE! I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT OTHERS DO NOT ORDER FROM GROUPON. LET'S PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. If you receive your order, and it is good and complete, then you are okay, but if you do not receive your order or part of your order, or there is anything wrong with your order, you will NEVER get it resolved by Groupon Customer Support. I believe Groupon has hired a bunch of morons. They may respond to your message, but the matter will not be resolved. Each time you contact Customer Support, you will have to start over because there will be a new Customer Support person corresponding with you. I have been cheated, and I don't know who to contact for help. SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP.
