PAIR OF KING SAGO/CYCAS PLANTS - KING SAGO/CYCAS PLANTS

I recently received an order for these plants, which were advertised as been 50-60cm high.
On arrival they were in fact only 27 and 31cm tall.
I contacted Groupon to inform them of this, to be told that they don't exchange goods, even though my plants were a foot smaller than advertised on site.
I shall not be purchasing any furthur plants from then, and advise other customer not to bother either, and to buy elsewhere.
