Under new management, very poor organization, communication and professionalism. They cancelled my appointments twice, the DAY BEFORE because their products weren't ready and staff still needed to be trained. Arrived at my appointment without letting me know on the phone that I have to purchase and apply a pre-treatment product 30mins before I arrive. Had to come back again and didn't have my appt. time right. She said it's not worth getting a refund coz it's from groupon . Not bothered to come back again for my treatment. Spent too much time, gas, money and disappointments.
