Groupon's Customer Service is a JOKE
I've been working to solve a simple (< $25) issue for three weeks and the email I got today is yet again from a different rep and yet again asking me once again for the same information I already provided them. I'm not sure if their CS was designed to simply frustrate the hell out of people until they simply give up, but it seems that that's all they've done for me. I will NEVER be utilizing Groupon again, I have submitted a complaint with the BBB, and I plan on notifying everyone in everyway that Groupon doesn't care about helping it's customers, as well as that they are negligent and incompetent. I work in CS myself, expected to handle multi-thousand dollar issues in a matter of minutes to keep our customers happy and things running smoothly for our company. I simply cannot comprehend how something as simple as a $25 refund for a product a vendor failed to send could take three freaking weeks, but I guess if they're still asking the same questions they were three weeks ago perhaps progress of any kind is merely too much to ask.
