I made a reservation with groupon to stay in a New York hotel and it was one of the worse experience I've ever had. As soon as I walked into my hotel room it was disgusting and it smelled like cigarettes. I then went down to lobby to cancel my reservation and they said I had to contact groupon and I did. I spoked to multiple people and not one of them helped me out. I didn't get a refund for my money nor did I get good consumer service. Every person I spoke to including the manager were rude. It was a joke. I literally threw away $100 without staying anywhere and had to drive 2 hours home.
