groupon order was so wrong - Coco limón

I ordered a 5pack of jogger pants from groupon . On the page it gives you an option to choose what color you want. So I chose the colors I wanted. However, when I received the items, they were all different colors from what I ordered. I complained and they said they could notake offer a replacement at the time. I thought maybe because it was the holiday they couldn't replace it. I just ordered some more pants. I ordered 17 pairs of joggers and 5 pairs of shorts. I did this because I thought maybe they would mess up again. Well I received two packages yesterday, one with 5 pairs and one with 2 pairs. Now today I received 2 more packages one with 5 more pairs and one with 2 more pairs. Now that is a total of 14 pairs of pants. According to groupon however all the packages from my order were delivered. I have opened all the packages and all the pants are the same. With the exception of maybe two or three. I just spoke to someone and they told me they could not replace my items. Why? I don't know. And they also said please wait a few days for the last package as sometimes the packages say delivered before they're actually delivered. So I will wait one more day to return all the items. I don't understand how this happens. You don't go in to a restaurant and order to chicken and then get steak. It makes no sense to me. Groupon officially sucks and has lost a costumer. I used to recommend groupon the everyone but forget that. No more groupon!
