hair cut and spa : excellent service : very happy - Vikas Marwah Hair Salon

i made use of a groupon voucher and i must say vikas is extremely talented ..I have extremely curly hair and God forbid if i ever keep them open... irrespective of how much effort i put in styling them ultimately they look like a jungle. I don't really trust chemical treatments with my hair, i just so wanted to get a hair cut done that would suit my hair. A hair cut was so so important so that i could carry my hair well even if they were kept open. So i took an appointment at the Vikas Marwah Salon for the same. I dint want to take a chance so i opt for the style director. Beleive me the style director gave completely new look to my hair. Even though he chopped down a large part of my hair length , he made my hair look amazing. i really would want to thank the vikas marwah salons for helping me with my messy curly hair

I was supposed to buy a deal of 2,999 from groupon. But Vikas told me to make it direct. This way Groupon was eliminated and Vikas earned his first chunk of profit there. When i reached his salon he told me its 4,000 coz my hair length is more. What a true Indian he is! he really bullied me that day.

I now remember that a week before that i had gone to his salon with some other deal (worth 349 rs). It was then that he told me that i should go for 2,999 instead. (I wonder what was wrong with his eyes back then that he couldn't see the length.) he told me he will deduct 349 from 2,999 (coz i had already paid 349 to groupon), and wil take the rest of the amount from me and go ahead with hair relaxing. he was so desperate to get customers.

I didn't agree to it. I went ahead with the deal that i had bought, one worth 349 rs. I had a hair cut as that was also a part of the deal.

and after a week when i came for relaxing, he said my hair length is more and he needs 4 grands instead of 3.. really?

i did a mistake by not buying it from groupon. I should have because he has nowhere mentioned the length on the website.

also he says LOREAL on the website but used some XYZ product.

It's not about the extra money, it really isn't.

It's about how he made that extra money by bullying me. I wonder if he has ever thought about the bad word of mouth i will spread... if he ever come across the word "customer service"... i guess no
