Legends Academy Spa Package
Our estheticians did not introduce themselves to us. Did not take our coats or purses so we carried them with us from station to station and set them on the floor. Were not offered anything to drink. Towels and sheets in the facial room had makeup stains on them. Toner sprayed on our face burned our skin and were not warned about it. Nail polish selection was poor (multitude of reds/browns, one shade of blue and one shade of green). Told our nails were too short to do a french manicure. Nail polish job was poor (polish did not go all the way to our cuticle and the second coat consisted of a single stripe of polish up the center of the nail). Had to carry our jackets and purses to the pedicure with wet nails, ruining some of the polish. To top it all off, our spa packaged included a paraffin wax dip...which we did not even receive!! THEN, we were charged 10.50$ in tax on top of our pre-payed groupon !
