I have placed an order and paid in full with GroupSA for a TV stand last month the 21st August 2014 and was promised that I will receive the product in two weeks.I have been waiting for more than a month now and I have logged complains with groupon customer centre on th 8 Sept 2014 and wasgiven another false promise again that I will receive the product in 10 days but till date i have not received the product. Besides the fact that it is a challenge to communicate with call center, it is also a struggle to speak to a senior manager or to get a valid reason for the delay.I have been requesting to speak to the manager in vain or the get the real reason why I have not received my product.
