Appalling and dishonest

I ordered special 10-point pressure socks, $25 a pair, and they were supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks. Nothing. So finally they write me to say they're late but they don't know WHEN they will arrive, do I want a refund or keep waiting?

They giveNO INFO about how long the wait will be. When I ask for a refund they make ME WAIT. So they took my money instantly when I ordered and won't return it now

THEY ARE THIEVES.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
