Groupon - order won't go through, and customer service isn't helpful


I tried four times and contacted customer service twice to try to order a gift card that I had received an invitation to redeem from an email. First customer service rep told me that she fixed the problem, and that I should be able to redeem it. I tried again, and it didn't work (even though it was "fixed"). I had to wait behind other people to talk to a customer service rep the second time on online chat. Even when it was my turn, they still didn't respond right away. When they did, I message them back. They then told me that I had located my account. I clicked on the chat but didn't respond. (I didn't see the need - they weren't asking any questions or saying anything that would indicate they needed a response.) Then they told me they were closing the chat because I didn't respond - and immediately closed the chat before I had the chance to tell them that I was still there and staring at the screen right that second.
