I have had groupon for over 3 years now and I was a fairly frequent customer. I went to change my e-mail address because the old one was an expired account and I wanted to make sure nothing was sent to that e-mail. I received the e-mail in my new account to verify my e-mail address. I clicked on the link that was provided and my new e-mail did not work. I tried my old log-in and that no longer worked either. I contacted customer support and they gave me directions that included me logging in. Obviously, that won't work if I can't log in. When I clarified the issue to them, they said, "Yeah, we don't see your e-mail associated with any account." Then they left a long description of how Groupon works. Then that was it. No more help and no issue resolved. The most terrible customer service I've had and now my credit card number is floating around on the Groupon site because I didn't get to delete it.
