Groupon Customer Service Is HORRIBLE!!! - customer service


I called to resolve an issue because the system canceled my order and it still shows that I was charged for it - 3 times. When I called the automated service said I would have a wait time of 20-30 minutes and I was on hold for over an hour and a half. I ended up calling back and picked random options so I could try to actually talk to someone. Again, was told 6 - 10 minutes. It's been over 30. I usually wouldn't care but I have been using Groupon for years now and find it very frustrating and unprofessional. I am taking time out of my day to find all the review sites so I can make sure they get bad ratings across the board. I know, childish, but this is horrible for the amount of money I have spent using them. THEY SUCK!
