Groupon keeps business owners money if no voucher collected - GROUPON
Picture this. I own a power washing company and have many technicians out in the field doing power washing and sometimes they do not collect the voucher, or lose it or it gets damaged or the customer doesnt present it or whatever the reason is we lose it and can not redeem it online but we still did the service and honor the voucher they bought BUT we do not get paid by Groupon . When its time to get paid by Groupon they will not give us any money and will keep all the money for them selves and say they keep it in some account and dont spend it. They lie and say they can not find the customers in their database unless we give them the info but are lying cause they have given it to me before. They say if we can not give them your email address or voucher number then we dont get paid. So Groupon is stealing or keeping millions and millions of dollars for services and products or whatever the case may be be and we are unable to collect any of the money yet performed the work and they know we did. It is very hard and time consuming for us business owners to track down the right customers and ask for the information. I think this is BS and Groupon should be held accountable and give us the money like Living Social and Amazon Local do no matter if we redeem the voucher online. What do you think?
