Very bad service


i had purchased a bugs playpark groupon on the 26/11/2014, i checked to see whether they have recived the payment and they have, but i did not receive my voucher, when i called in the consultant told me that the system picked up that i paid too much for the Groupon, however that is hard to believe because i had a R1 credit on my groupon account and i deposited R75 as that was the price of the voucher. i am extremely dissapointed as i have pronised my kids a trip to bugs playpark the saturday 29/12/2014.
