Groupon bad return policy when overcharged


I recently ordered a Groupon and when I submitted my purchase I noticed that the promo code did not apply, so I stopped the transaction and started over. Once again, the promo code did not apply. I had made several other purchases that went through without problems. The next day I noticed emails from Groupon with purchases that I did not make. I contacted them and they said that there was nothing they could do since it was not the same day as the transaction. I called, online chatted, and still no resolve. Absolutely ridiculous to be charged for something I did not order. Poor form Groupon!!!!
