I and my friend bought a groupon voucher of Hair keratin for AED 179 per person. on the day of our schedule we waited for more than 40 minutes where we arrived in our appointment time. It was shocking when theres only one staff doing all the foot spa manicure and hair blower and keratin. and the thing is the morocan lady ask us to pay by cash 179AED x2 total AED 358 when my friend card already charge AED 358 its like we pay again for two person. my friend made a complaint still nothing happen. THIS IS FOR YOUR ATTENTION GROUPON TEAM. how come you can sell their product and tell its cheaper when it fact its just the same price for the walk in customer hair keratin for only AED 179. Our regrets we book it through you and we lost money for two. Then we ask them how can we refund the money back since they didnot give us any invoice. we are very tired and hungry when we finish by 2am early morning when in fact we can on our appointment time. the morocan lady told us to find another customer so we can have our money back. How?? when even where not satisy in their service do you think we can recommenD???? The management of this saloon is so inconvenient really. only one staff working for 4 or 5 customer? wondering if was paid and treat right??!!!! this happen last April 3,2014. We need justice!
