groupon Complaint

Rude travel agent
I called to book a trip for my family 1/21/15 at 4:01 pm and the agent answered the phone by saying "what's up" I'm assuming that calls are not really recorded to ensure proper customer service. I called 2 times after that and my calls were hung up on. I will never do business with this company based on that experience.
