Quality auto repair | glass service - Auto Repair

I bought a Groupon to repair my windshield at Quality Auto repair/ auto glass in Wheatridge, CO. This was the worst vehicle maintenance experience I have ever had. The company was extremely unprofessional and inefficient. I waited for 4 hours for my windshield to be replaced with little to no communication. When I asked after 1.5 hours what the status of my car was they told me 20-30 more minutes. Had I known that I needed to clear my whole day for this maintenance I would have never made the appointment. Not only did I have a horrible experience but the couple in front did as well. They were waiting for their car for 3 plus hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and balanced. They were told after 3 hours that their tires could not be balanced because there machine was down. Quality auto repair | glass then told them they would try to get them an appointment next door and they would also try to make it so they did not have to wait any longer. Instead of calling their neighboring car repair shop, they pulled the couple's car around and never told the couple their car was waiting for them as well as never gave them back their keys. Quality auto repair | glass then tried to validate themselves to me after they had left. Quality auto repair | glass was completely in the wrong. I would never recommend quality auto repair | glass place to anyone. I was appalled by the overall service and lack of professionalism. Groupon and the businesses it supports is not worth the hassle and especially not the time.
