Ottoman kingsize bed with mattress - mattress never received
Bought a kingsize ottoman bed with mattress. Received the frame in the 7 working days they said on the website. When I first enquired about the mattress they said that I will receive it in a couple of days. Of course, didn't arrived. I sent another email and I got an answer that I have to wait another 10 working days. I wasn't to happy with this answer and I queried why? Of course, my email was ignored. Two days later i sent another email, this email was again ignored. I had to call the customer services. Their solution was that they will collect the frame and refund me in 14 working days. I asked why they do not send the mattress and the lady over the phone said that I should have received both in the same time, even though Groupon booked 2 separate deliveries with XDP. The lady over the phone said to enquired with the courier where the mattress is which I have already done, and the courier said that I have to ask Groupon because they have not received the mattress to be delivered. The lady from Groupon Customer services said she cannot send only the mattress. So, we have been without a bed for 3 weeks, and now I have to wait 5 working days for collection plus 14 working days to receive my money back. This is ridiculous
And what is the most annoying is that you cannot write reviews on the product on Groupon website so you know what you could deal with.
