groupon Complaint
Never Come of the Bed Frame!! Customer Service SUCKS!!!!!!
But this is the nightmare to me! it's most disappointing and frustrating experience i've ever had! I call more than 4 times! At the beginning their first consultant said it was under investigation from 11th Jun! Till now, no any feedback!! It took this long to investigate because those guys doesn't work properly! They don't try hard to find out what happened! Their operation guys are trying to pay run around game with me!! They did nothing. The first lady said would help me to follow up and update my case in system, leaving the investigation team know. All right. I trust her. BUT ! The SECOND time i call, the guy knew nothing about my case in system! You know what that mean? That means the first lady didn't leave anything note in their bloody system!!
Then the Third one from Philippine. She pretend she understand my email address because she didn't even know what underscore means!! That's so ridiculous!! I asked for refund. But they just ignore my request! only said they will forward my case to resolution team! What's the fucking function of that team. All the consultants are like the robot! Once problems come, "i will help forward to our resolution team!" I wear will never buy anything from Groupon!!
