Michelangelo Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Service

This complaint is more about GROUPON than anything else. I bought a carpet cleaning service on Groupon from Michelangelo Carpet Cleaning for $99. I checked the ad in detail to make sure there were no service restrictions. After purchasing the deal, we called to schedule the service. We were told by Michelangelo that we are out of their limits of where they travel. There were no service location restrictions on the ad whatsoever. I thought this was annoying but no problem, I will call Groupon and get reimbursed. After all, in the fine print it says that customers are entitled to refunds if the vendor refuses service which is exactly what happened in this case. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCARING company. They keep sending me the same emails and I would respond and get the same email. It makes me think they don't even read the emails. They tell me they cannot reimburse me unless the vendor refuses service. I respond that the vendor refused service. They email me back that they cannot reimburse me unless the vendor refuses service...and on and on I go for the past 3 weeks with no resolution. Think twice before you purchase from GROUPON. They could not be more unprofessional or insincere and clearly lack any concern for their customers.
