Horrible Customer Service - Hotel stay

If you are a Canadian booking a Canadian hotel DO NOT believe the price you are quoted upon purchase!!! What they dont tell you in the purchase summary is its actually in American dollars so you can expect a different much larger price on your credit card statement!!! And donf bother calling in for help either they have THE most ignorant, condescending, inconsiderate telephone agents I have EVER spoken with in my life!!! Overal HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!!!!
