Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) when buying event tickets - Football Tickets

I bought tickets at $29 that were valued at $83.50. The dealer selling those tickets was also selling the same section tickets at $9 on their web site. That means the gut sitting in front of me was 1/3 of what I paid. How can you value a ticket at $83.50 that had $60 printed on the ticket and you are selling online at $9. I wanted a refund of the $20 difference but Groupon said NO and said look at the fine print. I guess if it is the fine print it is OK to rip off the buyer. Really, who reads all of the fine print to see if the seller is fair and reputable. Groupon is not. Groupon is not fair is what should be written in the fine print.
