Birthday gift cannot book with the salon J2A rationale is problem with their booking system


I have been given a birthday gift for a spa for 2 up to the value of £160. I have contacted the retailer to be told that there is a problem with their booking system and that someone will call back to take my booking but this did not occur. Can you let me transfer as I am not able to use this voucher as no one will take my booking or phone me back.
