I purchased a number of sessions of laser hair removal in november for 399 GBP with Groupon for La Beaute Clinique, Stratfort, London. Shortly after I cancelled and claimed for a refund. It´s December the 30th and my problem has not been sorted yet. I don´t get replies to my emails and of course when I try the phone I´m put on hold and NEVER manage to get to speak to any operator.

I feel helpless and want my money back. I´m totally disgusted with the extremely poor customer service.

Are you calling Groupon or the Clinique? Just curious. I just bought some with them now for 299. Tried to call them to see when i could go in for a patch test, but no one ever answer. oh! Actually someone did answer just to close the conversation and left the receiver on the table because when i tried to call a second time, line was busy. I am starting to feel as if they're not really professional... don't know what to say... still no problem solved?

I've been there for laser treatment, and while waiting I have heard the women at the reception say very clearly they are not answering the phone, and this seemed to amuse them. They let it ring, and if you go in to ask why, they tell you that they receive too many calls and leave it to their call-back service (which isn't working). I managed to book only by going there, as no one mans their email.

Worse than this the second treatment I was burned. There was Zero concern about this and I was robbed off with being told it was normal and to call if there any problems. I had to leave as parking is restricted. But I've called since and again no answer.

Judging by the receptionists' poor attitude to customer care/service and their very lazy attitude that they have had little or no training and seem to operate via giving unscrupulous discounts.

I recommend avoiding this clinic.

I got trapped there by groupon as well. From the first session understood that they are not professionals. Photorejuvenation is very different from the other place I used to go for several years. I did asked for a refund, but been refused. Reseptionist are unbelivabaly rude, I was shoked!!!
Today I went for my 3rd treatment of IPL, but foundout that they are CLOSED!!!
What about several hundreds pounds I've payed???
Telephone not unsvering, of coarse. Anyone in the same situation?
