Groupon is keeping over $140.00 of my money. I bought tickets to Sea World and was unable to use them. I believed Groupon's policy was to let you use your expired Groupon's for other services. Nope! "There's nothing they can do for me." Just keeping my money!!!!! Oh, and the customer service rep hung up on me. I did not yell or use unsavory language. I was letting her know that it was not ok. It's just too much money for me to say ok, keep it.
