teleflora groupon coupon


so i purchased the groupon coupon for teleflora and proceeded to place my order. Teleflora's system flagged my order as questionable and instead of contacting me they just didn't deliver my order. Upon contacting Telefora to find out where my order was they couldn't tell my why my order was flagged as questionable and offered to deliver the next day (sunday). I told them there were no local florists opened on sunday but I was told by the agent Erica that my order processed and would be delivered the next day and of course it wasn't. I wasn't contacted by teleflora until Monday by which time it was too late. they haven't refunded my money and after contacting groupon the only thing that Josephine could suggest was for me to give it away as a gift! I want my money back from both of these companies who obviously have no idea what good customer service is!
