no response to complaint - temptation make up brushes


I've paid for and received 1 or 3 bracelets and emailed supplier (bo-vida) but apart from one email saying they had problems with their supplier - nothing. Wrote to Groupon (twice) but nothing.

Also paid for make up brushes the alittetemptaton and no response from their customer services for non-delivery and nothing from Groupon either..

So wrong - what to do next ?

i am having same problem!i ordered 2 bracelets from bovida i have been emailing them since december 11.i am so upset and angry,i have a chain of emails,bovida sent me an email apologising and saying that my bracelets wil be sent out urgently and that thy had problems,i stil did nt receiv them,so i emaild them again,now thy saying i havent paid postage.i am so angry.what shal i do?

I also had exactly the same problem with A Little Temptation. The brush set was to be a gift for my daughter. The cut off date for redeeming the voucher was 3rd February, and I tried to order it on Jan 28th. It said "voucher has expired". I emailed them to ask what was going on, got a standard auto-answer reply saying they had received my query and would be dealing with it. I assumed this would be quickly sorted out, but I never had any kind of contact from them again. When I subsequently contacted Groupon it was past the cut-off date of 3rd Feb. Somebody called Simon L has replied to my email and said I cannot have a refund because the voucher has expired however as a "gesture of goodwill" he will give me a credit voucher. I am going to forward the whole email string to the Office of Fair Trading and ask them what I can do to get my MONEY returned, I don't want their sodding vouchers, I'm never going to use them again. I am quite certain that I am entitled to a refund of my money.

Have you head any luck sorting this out?

The number supplied goes through to a virgin mobile voicemail even though it starts with 0845 and the message is that the voicemail is full! Dodgy! I have contacted Groupon who have opened a missin item report and Inam supposed to get a reply within 7-10 days. We shall see!

I haven't received my bracelets yet either, i've emailed both Bo-Vida and Groupon with no joy, now I can't access Bo-Vida web site, does anyone know what's going on????

I'm having the same problem with Bo-vida. i ordered 5 shamble bracelets and haven't received them. A friend of mine who did on the same day received hers last week. I have emailed Bo-vida twice but have not yet got a reply. Don't know what else to do!
