Useless Customer Service

Bought a groupon for Silver details at Oakville Nissan could not book service over 3 monthsout Reached out to customer service for help as my groupon would expire just before that. I was told they would contact merchant to work something out and the merchant would contact me. NO CONTACT from merchant and Groupon customer service said they will not reach out again to them so I%u2019m on my own !!! Trade in the groupon for something else. That%u2019s it Groupon you just lost a customer and many many more let%u2019s see how long you stay in business.
