I ordered the VIZIO 50%u201D 4K Ultra HD 120Hz Full-Array LED Smart HDTV (Refurbished) from Groupon . When it finally arrived, I went to mount the TV to the wall. I placed the brackets on the back and lifted it up. As I had it raised in front of my face, I noticed the lower righthand corner was cracked. I figured that being refurbished that it might be something small and just cosmetic. I plugged the TV into power and turned it on. The TV powered up and displayed a wonderful art show of a completely shattered screen beneath the outer glass that appeared to be alright. I contacted Groupon via email and their response was no exchange/replacements. I would have to follow the return policy. Using the return policy requires me to pay them $150. I contacted my bank and they are submitting a dispute. They also directed me to the issuer of my card (MasterCard) and I filed a claim with them. Either way, I now have no working TV and must wait for a positive resolution to this matter. I refuse to deal with Groupon when it comes to buying electronics anymore. It isn't worth the time, or hassle. Buyer beware and best of luck when dealing with an issue like mine. I later found out that my local Costco has a newer version of the TV for the same price. I will go there when I get my money back and buy with confidence.
