I bought these for my 20 year old son as a gift. Within 1 month of using them the outer ear cushions were coming off repeatedly and ultimately got lost because of this but worse, was that at about the same time the right earbud stopped working and my son was only able to listen out of one ear. When I contacted Groupon , they replied that it was too far from the purchase date (6 months) and although the customer service representative was courteous, ultimately there was nothing done about this purchase. No replacement, no refund, no credit. I am a highly dissatisfied customer. Do not buy this product and be wary of using Groupon if customer satisfaction is important to you.
