    Bought a groupon for Silver details at Oakville Nissan could not book service over 3 monthsout Reached out to customer service for help as my groupon would expire just before that. I was told they would contact merchant to work something out and the merchant would contact me.   • Groupon - Buyer Beware - Misleading Ad & No Refund for Any reason

    I bought a Groupon Tour from Seattle Segway Tour through Groupon for two people for a total cost of $82.00 on August 1st 2017. I could not activate the Groupon immediately because the tour group only allows reservations 30 days in advance.     I tried four times and contacted customer service twice to try to order a gift card that I had received an invitation to redeem from an email. First customer service rep told me that she fixed the problem, and that I should be able to redeem it. I tried again, and it didn't work (even though it was "fixed").     Ordered Lightning to USB Cable forApp--Forever Cable 10ft Lightning-Gold(TA-LCABF-6G) from Groupon on Dec 27, 2016. Never received the cables. Have been in contact with groupon CS and they say cables were received even though the tracking stops once the item arrives in Canada. DHL is the carrier Tracking # GM275322595000037336.     Buyer beware - I missed the strict return policy - Be absolutely sure your getting what you want. I ordered bras that advertised support and plus sizing - something I need. What I received were cheap flimsy bras that couldn't support an A cup much less mine. And now I'm stuck with them. BE SURE. Groupon Goods won't take them back.     May 14, 2015. I made a hotel reservation and never received an email confirming the transaction. I sent several emails to Groupon customer support (they make it very difficult to even get any support by getting you lost in a Q & A maze)and all I received was a reply that someone would contact me.     I ordered the VIZIO 50%u201D 4K Ultra HD 120Hz Full-Array LED Smart HDTV (Refurbished) from Groupon. When it finally arrived, I went to mount the TV to the wall. I placed the brackets on the back and lifted it up. As I had it raised in front of my face, I noticed the lower righthand corner was cracked.     I called to resolve an issue because the system canceled my order and it still shows that I was charged for it - 3 times. When I called the automated service said I would have a wait time of 20-30 minutes and I was on hold for over an hour and a half.   • Groupon keeps business owners money if no voucher collected

    Picture this. I own a power washing company and have many technicians out in the field doing power washing and sometimes they do not collect the voucher, or lose it or it gets damaged or the customer doesnt present it or whatever the reason is we lose it and can not redeem it online but we still did the service and honor the voucher they bought BUT we do not get paid by Groupon. I went to change my e-mail address because the old one was an expired account and I wanted to make sure nothing was sent to that e-mail.     I was a good customer found a few good deals here and there until the last few I bought. One was a restaurant groupon for the Italian inn. They wouldn't answer the phones there you only got recordings. Then no return calls. Then next was for a news paper subscription.     Groupon offered 6 hours of cleaning in a daily deal on their email. When I bought the deal, the Groupon itself said it was only for 3 hours of cleaning.     We have used Groupon 5 or 6 times. Altogether, we think it's a pretty neat way to test out services. Here is the WORST and the BEST: The WORST: We ordered a case of wine at about 50% off. I can't remember the price, but I know it was over $6 a bottle. The wine was truly mediocre. We are wine drinkers, and we are really into good deals.     Who would turn down a Groupon offer of just £29 for two rooms and a hall or stairs/landing carpets to be cleaned by a professional company? A totally disorganised waste of time.
